Which areas do you cover?
We cover South London, Surrey, Kent, East Sussex and West Sussex. Add your postcode to your quote details so availability can be confirmed for your address.
What cleaning services can I book?
Choose regular domestic cleaning, a deep or spring clean, end of tenancy cleaning, office cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning, or after-builders cleaning. Communal cleaning, licensed waste disposal, oven and mattress cleaning can also be quoted.
How much will my clean cost?
Visit our prices page for starting rates. The quote calculator uses your selected service and property details to prepare an estimate. Property condition, access and specialist requirements can affect the final price.
Do I need to supply cleaning products?
For spring cleaning, you can select your own supplies at £18 per hour or our cleaning materials at £20 per hour. Equipment hire is listed separately at £40. Please confirm the arrangements for your chosen service before booking.
Can I arrange a same-day or next-day clean?
Short-notice requests are welcome, but availability must be confirmed. Please include your preferred date when preparing your quote.
What is included in an end of tenancy clean?
The cleaning brief can include kitchens, bathrooms, living areas and bedrooms, with attention to surfaces, cupboards and floors. Oven, carpet and specialist cleaning should be agreed explicitly before booking.
Do I need to be at home during the clean?
You can stay at home or arrange access in advance. The access arrangements and any key-handling requirements should be agreed before your appointment.
What happens if something needs more attention?
Raise any concerns promptly with the team so they can be reviewed. If you let us know within 48 hours of your clean, we will arrange a return visit to put things right.
Does a quote reserve a booking?
No. The calculator prepares an estimate only. A booking is confirmed once the service scope, availability and final price have been agreed.
